Hi, my name is Maria. I am currently working as a primary school teacher. I have been teaching for the last 5 years. I hold a Bachelor of Arts in English and Irish from St. Patrick's College, Drumcondra, along with a Diploma in Irish from National University of Ireland Galway, where I received a H1:1 grade. I also hold a Masters in Primary Education.

Having recently completed my Masters in Special Educational Needs in Dublin City University receiving a H1:1, I have gained a wealth of knowledge and strategies to support pupils with special educational needs, including autism, down syndrome, dyslexia & dyspraxia.

I have been tutoring pupils of primary and secondary school age for the last 5 years. I offer grinds to secondary school pupils completing the junior and leaving certificate cycle in English, and pupils completing the junior certificate cycle in Irish. I also offer grinds to pupils of primary school age in Maths, English and Irish.

I help students to understand their own learning process and support them in learning in a way that works best for them. I offer private tuition on an hourly basis from €35 p/h.
