With over 5 years of full-time teaching experience, I'm passionate about Biology, Science, and LCPE education. I've been guiding students through the intricacies of these subjects for nearly 3 years, especially the new LCPE curriculum introduced just 4 years ago.
My journey began with an Honours BSc in Sports Science, which enriches my teaching by connecting subjects to real-world examples. Later, I earned another Honours BSc in PE and Biology, deepening my expertise.
I'm dedicated to nurturing young minds, fostering curiosity, and making science relatable.
Having taught during the challenges posed by the COVID era I upskilled with extensive experience in IT-based instruction, by being able to integrate digital tools and online platforms to enhance the learning experience.
My teaching style emphasizes visual aids, including graphs, dynamic PowerPoint presentations, interactive worksheets, and informative diagrams. These resources not only facilitate comprehension but also solidify students' understanding of complex concepts in plain language.
I am fully certified by the teaching council, and have been offering grinds in both Dublin and Cork, helping students excel in Biology, Science, and LCPE for the past 5 years
