My name is Andy Dixon and I am a Maths teacher in County Cork with over 10 years experience teaching and tutoring.I received my BSc. in Maths Teaching from University of Limerick in 2012 and have been teaching ever since.
I have in depth knowledge of the Maths curriculum and teach up to Leaving Cert Higher level. I specialise in preparing students for the state exams by using past paper questions, as well as my bank of resources I have developed over the years. I have a friendly and patient teaching style and try to put students at ease so they feel comfortable asking questions. I use simple language to make difficult concepts easy. I also and talk through mark schemes to help students to maximise their marks and improve their exam technique.
Lesson take place online and I share all my notes and resources with students via Google classroom. I charge 45 euro per one hour lesson.I look forward to hearing from you soon.
