I recently graduated from UCD with a First Class Honours in Medicinal Chemistry and Italian. Since then, I have been working in the pharmaceutical industry with responsibility for the German-speaking market, which has given me the chance to combine my interest in languages and science.
I achieved 8 H1s in my own Leaving Cert (English, Irish, Maths, German, French, Chemistry, Physics and Applied Maths) and I have been tutoring for over 5 years, at both Junior and Senior Cycle level, so I know the course material and exam structure intimately.
For all subjects, I provide personalised and unique H1-level notes, as well as advice for exam technique. I am happy to focus on particular weak points or issues the student is facing, or to provide a full review of the entire course and the most likely exam topics. I recommend one grind per week, but additional sessions can be arranged near Christmas exams, mock exams or oral exams. I assign a small amount of homework every week, and I am always reachable by text or email if the student has any issues between sessions.
On average, I have tutored each student for at least two years, and all of my students increased their result by at least two grades after starting grinds.
